1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

We currently ship across India. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 8-10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free shipping offers will also be reflected at checkout.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Caseit India is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

6. Return Policy

We accept returns only for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and contents received with the order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products returned after the eligible return period.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

9. Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
