We offer replacement only for eligible orders. Refunds are not provided.

You can request a replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong model or design is delivered

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Conditions for Replacement:

  • You must send an unboxing video showing the issue clearly

  • Request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Not eligible for replacement:

  • Wrong model ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging damage
