We source premium products from our international warehouse to offer the best designs and quality.

Orders are shipped directly from China, which may result in slight variations in delivery timelines depending on customs and logistics.
Please note:
Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, flight capacity, weather issues, national holidays, or courier delays.
3. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.

It may take 2–4 days for tracking information to start showing movement after the package is shipped internationally.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and ongoing promotional offers.

During special discounts or "Buy More, Save More" campaigns, shipping may be free or reduced.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

8. Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as it is already in transit from our international warehouse.
